Refund Eligibility

  • Items must be in original condition: unused, unassembled, and with all original packaging and tags
  • Custom-made or personalized furniture items are not eligible for refunds
  • Clear photographic evidence of damage or defects may be required for approved refunds

  2. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions within 2 business days
  3. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund

Refund Details

All approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
