Refund Policy
BoisFusion accepts returns and provides refunds for products within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective products.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order details. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Custom-made or personalized furniture may not be eligible for return unless defective.
Damaged or defective products must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We may require photographic evidence of the damage and reserve the right to inspect returned items before processing refunds or replacements.
